Scheduling
Retrievals & Inspections
All retrievals will
be scheduled through the proper channels so as not to interrupt any event you
may have scheduled. We require our divers to check in upon arrival and departure.
We may also ask that you provide us with a maintenance grade cart that is suited
for travel around the course. This cart will be placed in an unobtrusive area
that won't interfere with your golfers. In most cases your golfers will not be
aware there are divers working in you water hazards. It will be returned to you
cleaned. Should you require a copy of a production report or a receipt, our divers
will provide one upon request to a course representative of your choice.
The beauty of RBI being a locally based processing facility is that your designated
representative is welcome to be present when the balls are unloaded onto the counting
tables. We want you to be totally satisfied and comfortable with the totals we
report. We would welcome you or your designated representative to our facility
at any time for a tour and/or inspection of your golf balls.
We will make payment to you promptly for each finished course. There are no running
yearly totals. Each dive produces a check within 30 days of completion.
We see no need in over working contracted courses to fill our own sales projections.
We recommend dives at a rate of about every 6 to 10 weeks depending on the number
of rounds played and of course, the weather. This time frame can even be extended
and still ensure you good returns on your investment.
