We Work
Recovered Balls International, LLC (RBI) is
a member of a national association of Golf Ball Processors, Golf Ball Divers and
Retrievers, Printers, Consultants and Refinishers. The RBI facility is located
just outside Pinehurst North Carolina.
Because of our national affiliations we have been able to expand our retrieval
operations outside of Pinehurst and the surrounding area. We now have at our disposal
some of the best golf ball divers in the business. This is a very specialized
group of men who are famous in this industry. They are certified divers with all
the necessary experience to provide you with the best golf ball retrieval diving
practices and methods available.
There has been much talk over the years about the benefits of using rollers in
water hazards to retrieve lost golf balls. We do have rollers in our network but
they are for specific applications, mainly for those contracts to which extreme
cold is a factor and or water born predators may cause a safety issue. Neither
of those being the case in our area we strongly suggest diving as a better, proven,
more efficient method.
We do encourage our courses to allow a fall or winter cleanup using rollers, but
it is strictly an option and only done with the permission from the course. A
majority of our high-end more exclusive courses and contracts in other areas consider
and require divers as the best option for many reasons.
